Life Drawing - Body Proportions

In this weeks life drawing, we were told to look at certain parts of the body in a time zone of 10-20. Here are a couple of my drawings that I thought that came out well, one I think need to work on while im drawing is getting a good amount of detail into drawing hands as I spent most of my time in the first picture re-drawing and then scribbling it out as I couldn't get the right proportion of the fingers with the rest of the body. The majority of the fingers I drew were to long and to not realistic enough.

When Drawing the face it took me a good couple of attempts to get back in the routine of drawing faces, my first face I drew was no where near as realistic as the one being shown in my blog post. One thing I would change about this drawing is the way I drew the eye, looking back at this I can notice that the shape is to triangular and could of done with a couple a more curves to really make it look an eye.

Here are a couple of quick warm up sketches I did before we started focusing on drawing certain parts of the body. I am quite happy with the upper halves of the body until I get to the knee as I feel I need to focus on working on drawing feet.
